Eric Patti
Founder & Lead Broker
Eric’s vision for Forever Employer is to provide small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) with a comprehensive suite of administrative solutions, helping them focus on what they do best. With values centered on customized client services, reducing stress, and ensuring stability and security, Eric is dedicated to making a real difference for his clients and the community.
Outside of work, Eric enjoys giving back. He serves as the Vice President of the Executive Board of Directors for FoCo Café, is actively involved with the Fort Collins Area Chamber of Commerce Red Carpet Committee, and is an accredited business member of the BBB. When he’s not working, you can find him spending time with his fiancée Kate and their dog Pepper, snowboarding, camping and off-roading, traveling, and enjoying family time.
As the Lead Broker at Forever Employer, Eric is directly involved with client experience and truly cares about the outcomes of client projects. His specialty knowledge in the insurance and compliance world allows both family and group clients to feel the true benefits of their insurance. His overall responsibilities include overseeing and implementing client solutions for our core trio of services: Life/Health Insurance, HR/Compliance, and Merchant Processing. Eric’s journey in the insurance industry began with a focus on explaining the nuances of insurance policies to clients, and he has successfully helped dozens of clients navigate the intricacies of employee benefits, complicated HR questions, and simple-to-use customer payment systems.

Account Executive
Janessa is a vibrant and dynamic professional who blends a passion for business growth with a love for adventure. Having a gift for spotting opportunities and a natural talent for building strong networks, Janessa excels in nurturing meaningful connections that drive successful partnerships and community support through nonprofit initiatives.
Fueled by partly coffee and mostly by an insatiable curiosity for life, Janessa is committed to helping businesses and the people in those businesses, thrive. Her enthusiasm for connecting people and cultivating growth is matched only by her dedication to giving back to the community.
When she’s not planning & preparing for networking events, you’ll find Janessa exploring new trails in the mountains, embarking on travel adventures, pushing her physical limits, enjoying live music, playing board games, and cherishing time with family and friends.
